About Us

Kingsford PMB is a bespoke refurbishment company dedicated to providing the highest level of refurbishment, development and management.

We regularly undertake work for some of London’s leading interior designers, as well as discerning private clients, property developers & architectural practices.

Our flexibility means our project budgets can range from £15k to £1million upwards; however, whatever the size of the project, all are given equal measure of attention to detail & professional management.

Project Management:

KPMB provides a project management service to complement our building & refurbishment service. Whilst all our project are carefully managed, for the larger projects, we offer a service that allows our Clients’ complete peace of mind.

Our management covers all preliminaries, logistics & time management, reporting, (sub-) contracting, documentation & updating. We provide a single point of contact for the Client, a single communication channel for all the project elements.

Build:

KPMB provides a flexible, high quality building service to perfectly meet the requirements of a specific project. KPMB undertakes refurbishments, redevelopments, extensions or conversions of all sizes for a wide range of properties, including London townhouses, penthouse & mansion apartments and country houses.

Our building teams will work independently, with architects or interior designers already appointed, or our own affiliated ones. We are happy to advise & give impartial advice as part of our service on all aspects of functionality & design where possible.

"Turn-Key" Solutions:

KPMB offers fully project-managed, ‘turn-key’ solutions that provide Clients with a complete refurbishment service from planning to completion. KPMB enjoys working with some of London’s leading architects & interior designers, and has built up an extensive network of specialists & partners in all areas of luxury refurbishment.

KPMB will assess the exact design & functionality requirements of a Client, from interior & architectural design, to fine art sourcing & acquisition, to state-of-the-art home entertainment system design & installation. KPMB will then bring together & manage these elements with our own specialist builders to deliver a total refurbishment package.
